A YEAR IN THE GARDEN

This summer we celebrate our first birthday here at The Ivy Chelsea Garden. To celebrate the bar team at The Ivy Chelsea Garden have created a special cocktail – ‘A Year In The Garden’, a refreshing summer blend of menthe blanche liqueur, grapefruit juice, elderflower, prosecco and garnished with brightly coloured edible flowers and a sprig of lavender. This colouful floral cocktail is best enjoyed in the garden…of course!

Here’s how to make your own at home…

Ingredients:

  • 25ml of Briottet Crème de Menthe Blanche
  • 35ml of fresh grapefruit juice
  • 12.5ml of elderflower syrup
  • 30ml of prosecco
  • 2 x sprigs of lavender (to garnish)
  • 3 x small edible flowers (to garnish)

Method

  • Shall all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker
  • Strain into a glass
  • Top with crushed ice
  • Add garnish
