Frequently Asked Questions

For drinks only, we gladly welcome guests to walk into our bar on a first come first served basis. Therefore, please note that our bar area has limited availabilities and, as such, no seat can be guaranteed.

If you have a reservation, we will do our best to accommodate you for a drink prior to being seated at your table.

Please note our reservations diary is open 12 months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call 020 3301 0300 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

With very limited availability in the restaurant, we want to ensure we can accommodate our guests as much as possible and therefore require your credit card details upon booking. If you wish to cancel, we encourage you to do so 24 hours before your reservation so you will not get charged.

We do not allow any party decorations in the restaurant such as balloons, banners, confetti and glitter. Should you wish to have a celebration cake, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation and we would be delighted to assist.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

For large tables please contact our reservations. We can take multiple bookings for the same party but we are not able to guarantee that they will be located near each other.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however tables are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
